Welcome...

I am sooo happy to announce that Vanessa Kogevinas and I are collaborating on a fantastic new Women's Housing Project called Good Shepherd Center for Homeless Women & Children.

Vanessa and I are bringing together some of LA's top design talent to share their design skills under one roof! Please take a look at the participating designers list to the right to see our amazing designers!

Since this project is pro-bono and we are all using our design efforts and time to put this project together, we are asking for all types of donations. Gift cards (Pierone, Target etc.) or small donations of $20-$50 would be very appreciated. All donations that we receive will be provided with a tax deductible receipt.

If you have any furniture items to donate, we need items that are in near perfect and IN WORKING ORDER not stained or damaged and could be vintage or in new condition.
If you have any of these items listed below, we ask that you only send low res pictures and the measurements to turquoise.la@gmail.com.

Desks, dressers, twin Headboards, desk chairs, bed side tables, table lamps, sheet sets, blanket or duvet (TWIN SIZE, Duvet inserts, decorative pillows and inserts, drapes/rod hardware, hooks like coat racks, shelving (Ikea floating etc.), frames (artwork or extra molding), artwork or wall art, large coffee table books or vintage books, wallpaper rolls (or even small remnants that can be framed), paint and paint supplies tarps brushes pans etc.

NOTHING BREAKABLE LIKE vases, ceramic items or small figurines-NO TV’s or electronics.

If you don’t have anything to donate but would like to help out by assisting the designers please let us know. The more people and help we have the better!

If you are out of state and want to help us with donations, please email me at turquoise.la@gmail.com with photos and measurements.

We look forward to hearing from you and we are all very excited to be working on this new project. (Vanessa D.)
